Frequently Asked Questions

Healthcare Related Questions, Answered for You

What is your new patient procedure?

For new patients we ask for you to allow an hour for your first appointment so that a patient history came be obtained. This is particularly important when booking a spinal manipulation. For Zero Balancing a patient history is not necessary (you don't even need to talk, just enjoy the treatment).

New patients must pay a larger deposit to secure a booking, which is returnable if your booking is cancelled at least 48 hours or more before your appointment.

Do you offer free health consultations?

Yes we do. You can call for a 10 minute phone consultation. We also offer free spinal checks and Zero Balancing taster sessions. All we ask in return is for you to respect the time we give you for free and to keep the times allocated to you. There is no obligation to book in for a treatment after your consultation. We hope you do though!

Do I need to undress?

Unlike many body therapies there is no need to undress, though it is better to come in clothes that are not too thick

Are the treatment safe?

Yes absolutely, the treatment is very gentle and doesn't come with the risks often associated with general chiropractic treatment or acupuncture.

When can I expect results?

For back care and back pain, you can expect to see improvement between the first and the sixth treatment. Maintenance treatments at regular intervals are recommended for a pain and stress free future.
For Zero balancing you may only need the one treatment as you will feel the effects immediately, For some though it may take more than one treatment to get you back into the swing of things.
